Changsha project is located in the west side of old city center facing the Xiang river. It’s the tallest building around the neighborhood composed by residential and commercial building. The site is also facing the orange island in the middle of the river.

   Changsha is always proud of having the resources of Mountain, River, Island and City, so our design concept is based on mountain crystal, which is sleek, majestic, and outstanding but not forceful. Glass curtain wall will be applied to exterior cladding for modern appearance. There will be class A office, five star hotel and retail for the building program. The overall GFA is around 110,000 sqm with 200m building height. Stone will be used for podium as the transition from glass tower to the earth, and bring down the building scale to pedestrian level.
