The project is located in Qingdao, Huangdao district, and the west of Jiaozhou bay, Wanda movie city is on the east side of our site. The site area is around 2 km2, and the average FAR is 1.2.  Qingdao West Coast New Zone authority  develop the project as the big data center in China, and set up the top example of smart city .

   China smary city is going to be a sustainable, ecological, friendly, open, convenient, energetic, creative smart city for the big data industry. It will attract young talents from all over the world by it’s city character, comfortable living environment, rich landscape and ocean front natural resources.

And the whole site is divided into several zones, CBD, Smart Eco Valley, Creative Culture Area, and Blue Port of Wisdom.
